VIPVISA connects people considering a move to the US, UK, Canada or Australia with independent, licensed immigration lawyers and consultants qualified to practise in that country. We are not a law firm, we do not employ in-house immigration lawyers, and we do not give immigration or legal advice ourselves.
Immigration advice is a regulated activity in every country we cover. Giving someone an opinion on their visa chances for money — without being personally licensed to do so — is illegal in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. So instead of trying to be the expert, we focus on what a referral service can genuinely do well: understanding your situation, and connecting you with someone properly licensed to take it from there.
Every lawyer and consultant in our network holds current, verifiable licensing in the jurisdiction they practise in — for example, registration with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) in Canada, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or equivalent bodies in the UK, a registered migration agent number (MARN) in Australia, or admission to the bar in the United States. We do not accept payment structures that reward a partner for taking on a case regardless of its merits.

There's no charge to submit an assessment or to be matched with a partner. Any professional fees for the actual immigration work are set directly by the lawyer or consultant you're matched with, and agreed with you before any work begins.
